*Indemnification*
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alsalam Company and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from any liabilities, losses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with any claims, demands, actions, disputes, or third-party requests made against any of them arising from your Content, your use of the website and Services, or any willful misconduct on your part.

*Severability*

*Dispute Resolution*
The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be governed by German substantive and procedural law, without regard to conflict of law rules or choice of law, and to the extent applicable, shall be subject to German law. The courts of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You also hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any action arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

*Assignment*
You may not assign, resell, sublicense, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, in any manner, without our prior written consent, which is subject to our sole discretion and without any obligation on our part; any such assignment or transfer shall be null and void. We shall have the full right to assign any of our rights or obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any third party as part of a sale of all or substantially all of our assets or shares, or as part of a merger.

*Changes and Amendments*
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the website and Services at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting the updated version of this Agreement on the website. When we make any amendments, we will update the Last Updated date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the website and Services after any modification constitutes your agreement to such modifications.

*Acceptance of These Terms*
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the website and Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
